Celebrating Community in Woodlawn
REACH was honored to support one of Woodlawn’s most cherished annual events: Woodlawn Sunday Dinner. The goal was to help create an even more seamless and impactful celebration of Woodlawn's vibrant culture.
From coordinating local chefs and musicians to managing guest registration, staffing, and on-site logistics, REACH ensured that every detail reflected the spirit of Woodlawn while supporting fundraising efforts for ongoing community initiatives.

Empowering Black Men in Birmingham
REACH was proud to support the annual Birmingham Black Male Summit. BMS is an event dedicated to empowering Black men in Birmingham through connection, opportunity, and growth.
From coordinating speakers and panelists to managing breakout sessions, guest logistics, branding, and on-site flow, every detail was thoughtfully executed to support the Summit’s mission for the conference: strengthening mentorship, improving health outcomes, and building lasting community connections.
